Requirements

• Responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of rides and attractions
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high safety standards
• Enforce attraction rules and restrictions, and provide clear instructions to guests
• Assist guests in entering and exiting attractions, and address any concerns or questions
• Communicate effectively with other operators, supervisors, and resort employees
• Maintain health and safety protocols, and handle incidents or accidents
