Job Description
The Resort Supervisor will oversee and nurture the experience of all Glen Ivy guests, managing daily work habits and operations of various areas, including the spa facility, Grotto, Club Mud, and more.

Requirements

  • 1+ year hospitality supervisor/management experience
  • General: Maintain appropriate decorum, appearance and professionalism at all times
  • Schedule and facilitate staff meetings as needed
  • Communicate with the Spa Manager in regards to equipment shortages, scheduling errors and Compensation errors
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
