Role OverviewProvide hospitality at the highest level to guests at Park Hyatt Aviara Resort, welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner. The role requires good computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
What You Will Do
Answer incoming calls, complete in-room dining orders, and correspond with guests in a professional manner. Provide personalized recommendations and react quickly to guest service opportunities and recovery.

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer interactions within Hotels and/or Food & Beverage

- Ability to work with minimal supervision; maintain confidentiality of information and pertinent data
- Prioritize and engage in multiple tasks simultaneously
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
