Resort Services Coordinator

The Resort Services Coordinator is responsible for providing hospitality at the highest level to guests at the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort. The role involves welcoming and serving guests via phone or email, maintaining a high level of responsiveness, and developing a sense of community for the guest. The Coordinator must communicate well with staff to satisfy the need for personal service and demonstrate good computer skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, completing in-room dining orders, responding to guest service opportunities, and taking ownership of the recovery process. The Coordinator must also be able to speak knowledgeably about resort offerings, provide personalized recommendations, and engage in multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to speak knowledgeably about Resort and Area offerings
• Professional, personalized, and engaging luxury service

• 1+ years of experience in customer interactions within Hotels and/or Food & Beverage
• Excellent mathematical, written, spoken, technical, and computer skills
