Resort Services Coordinator (Part-Time)

The Resort Services Coordinator is responsible for providing hospitality at the highest level to guests at the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort. The role involves welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner, with all interactions taking place on the phone or via email correspondence. The main function of the role is to provide the guest with an experience that will always be remembered and with the highest level of responsiveness.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include answering incoming calls to the resort, completing in-room dining orders, and corresponding with guests in a professional manner before, during, and after their stay. The role also involves reacting quickly to guest service opportunities and recovery, logging and notifying proper areas where appropriate, and taking ownership of the recovery process with support of the leadership team.
