Role OverviewThe Resource Coordinator is responsible for managing an assigned caseload for parents who require supplemental services to overcome barriers to supporting their children, including incarceration. This individual is responsible for identifying community resources, developing linkages with those resources, determining Parents' needs for supplemental services and making appropriate referrals for services.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include working with community groups, organizations, and employers to meet the service needs of low-income parents, informing and educating target audiences about the program's goals, services, requirements, and processes, and collaborating with office management and case managers on processes and procedures for case management and referrals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred in psychology, social work, or related field
- At least two years of experience in legal environment or government case processing; public contact experience and knowledge of community service organizations preferred
- Education can be substituted for years of experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, participate in a team management environment, and commit to team and office goals and core values
