Job Description
Join Esquire as a Resource Manager to manage and optimize their network of service partners to support exceptional client delivery and financial performance.

Requirements

  • Assign the most appropriate service partner to each job based on margin targets and performance metrics
  • Confirm affiliate coverage by noon and all other resources by 3PM daily
  • Proactively manage jobs in progress to ensure timely delivery of transcripts, videos, and exhibits
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with all area service partners
