Role Overview

GDIT is seeking a Resource Manager to join an elite team working on a large-scale, pioneering National Intelligence program. This strategic, high-impact role is embedded within the PMO at the IDIQ level, partnering directly with the Program Manager, Solutions Architect, Task Order Leads, Lead Agilist, Scrum Masters, and functional support teams to ensure the program is staffed effectively and positioned for success. The Resource Manager oversees capacity planning and management for a diverse matrixed workforce that includes software developers, testers, ISSEs, DBAs, and systems engineers.

What You Will Do

You will maintain a holistic view of staffing across all six task orders, including roles, skills, locations, clearances, and utilization. You will work closely with the Lead Agilist, Scrum Masters, and TO Leads to understand team capacity, sprint plans, and near-term/backlog demand, identifying over- and under-utilization and recommending adjustments. You will also build and maintain a consolidated annual training plan, own the master schedule for MVI across all task orders, monitor demand signals to forecast surge needs, and provide regular staffing and capacity reports to PMO leadership.

The likely salary range is $111,155 - $150,385, and the role offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and various paid time off plans.
