Role OverviewThe Resource Mobilization Specialist is responsible for translating the Joint SDG Fund's strategic priorities into actionable resource mobilization opportunities. The role involves pipeline management, donor intelligence, and supporting day-to-day donor engagement and stewardship.
What You Will Do
The incumbent will prepare strategic briefing materials, talking points, background notes, and analyses to support senior management engagement with donors and institutional partners. They will also maintain and update the Fund's donor pipeline, engagement trackers, and funding forecasts.

They will have demonstrated experience in managing donor relations, supporting successful resource mobilization efforts, and informing donor engagement and the development of multi-year resource mobilization strategies.
Requirements
- Advanced University Degree (master's degree or equivalent) in Economics, Business Management, Social Sciences, Political Sciences or related fields
- A minimum of 7 years (with master's degree) or 9 years (with bachelor's degree) of progressively responsible professional experience in resource mobilization within an international development context
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another UN language is desirable
