Job Description
Jewish Family Service of San Diego is seeking a Resource Navigator to join the Jewish Community Integrated Services team. The Resource Navigator will work closely with clients to assess their needs and provide assistance with resource navigation in Orange and San Diego County.

Requirements

  • Follow up on assigned referrals and assess each situation and screen for high-risk situations
  • Carry a caseload of individuals and families for follow up
  • Provide comprehensive assessments for individuals and families, identifying areas of need and helping clients set goals
