Role Overview

The Resource Operator is responsible for overseeing the operation and control of the production process, ensuring operational efficiency, adherence to safety protocols, and coordination among team members.

What You Will Do

The Resource Operator will perform various duties such as operating industrial feed production equipment, monitoring operations, maintaining parameters of production line, and performing maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma / GED
  • Additional Education Preferred (Associate degree or technical certification in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Animal Science, or a related field)
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, feed production, or industrial setting is beneficial
  • Experience with fermentation, mixing, or bulk material handling is a plus
  • Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred
