Job Description
Performs tasks in the controlling, monitoring, and disposal of hazardous, industrial and non-hazardous waste scrap, surplus materials, and recyclables. Receives 40-hour HAZWOPER initial training, and 8-hour annual refresher training.

Requirements

  • Experience identifying products and wastes
  • Unloading/loading cargo vans
  • Sorting heavy scrap/trash material
  • Handling hazardous materials
  • Opening and sealing 55-gallon drums per OSHA HAZWOPER standards
