Role OverviewThe Resources Business Group Professional Services Leader will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and monitoring technical competencies of Business Group staff to meet client needs and market drivers. The role will involve supervising key cross-sector leads, leading quality assurance efforts, and monitoring project QC review activities.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include daily operations, project oversight, management reviews, financials, and driving profitability at the project level. The PSL will also lead and monitor development and training of area staff in technical and business competencies.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' experience, a minimum of 10 years' experience within multi-discipline engineering and architecture teams working on Power projects, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license. The candidate will also have knowledge of the Kansas and Missouri market, familiarity with project management software, and the ability to work cooperatively with regional and local office managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
- A minimum of 10 years' experience
- Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience
- Demonstrated experience with leading diverse teams

- Actively engaged in professional or industry associations to enhance HDR technical expertise and brand
- Ability to work cooperatively with regional and local office managers, other area business group directors, technical directors and marketing managers
