Respiratory Care Practitioner (Per Diem)

Requirements

• Respiratory Care Practitioner II: Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care School required.
• Must be Registered RCP (RRT) with the NBRC
• Must be licensed by the State of Washington Department Health as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (LR).
• CPR certification HCP (Health Care Provider Course only acceptable) must be current and maintained every 2 years.
• Must be Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified by the American Heart Association and kept current
• Must be Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certified by the American Heart Association and kept current
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certified by the American Heart Association within 6 months of taking position.
• Acute care experience preferred.
• Respiratory Care Practitioner III: Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care School required.
• Registered RCP(RRT) with the NBRC required.
• Licensed by the State of Washington Department Health as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (LR) required.
• Current Neonatal/Pediatric Respiratory Care Specialist (NPS) credential OR Registered Pulmonary Function Technician (RPFT) OR Adult Critical Care Specialty (ACCS) credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) also required.
• Minimum 3 years acute care experience required.
