What You Will Do
Perform respiratory therapeutic and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as ordered by the ordering provider, with emphasis on assessment, planning, implementation, and documentation of care.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires a Respiratory Care Practitioner II (RCP II) with a current State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license, Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification, and experience in acute care.
Requirements
- Current State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program certificate (preferred)
- Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree (preferred)
- Two (2) years of acute care experience (preferred)
