Role OverviewThe Respiratory Therapist Clinical Coordinator role within the TriPoint Medical Center offers a unique chance to become part of a dynamic, collaborative interdisciplinary team. This position adds value to patient care and significantly assists individuals with breathing issues.
What You Will Do
General RCP duties including mechanical ventilation, routine respiratory care, special procedures. Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients, caregivers, and families and coworkers.

Must have at least 5 years of respiratory therapy experience, 5 of those years in critical care. Displays commitment to the hospital and its mission and values. Displays expertise in skills as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy (Required)
- 5+ years clinical experience in adult/pediatric respiratory care practice (Required)
- 5+ years clinical experience in critical care (Required)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required)
- Current RCP Ohio License granted by the Ohio Medical Board (Required)
- AARC membership (Required)
- Certified with at least one advanced national certification by the NBRC or CTTS certification. (Required - or must be obtained within 1 year from date of hire)
- NRP Certified (Neonatal facilities) (Required within 6 Months)
