Perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, administer drugs and medications, provide ventilatory support, and maintain natural and artificial airways.

Requires completion of a 2-year Respiratory Care Program, licensure as RRT in the State of Florida, and active credential for RRT.
Requirements
- Completion of 2 Year Respiratory Care Program
- CRT-RE, CRT-MRE or RRT status
- Licensed as RRT in the State of Florida
- Active credential for RRT
- Initial Orientation and completion of progressive orientation period or 1-year progressive hospital experience
- CRT must have 3-year progressive hospital experience
