Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to supervise, organize, and coordinate the clinical and technical aspects of respiratory therapy services, ensuring the delivery of quality respiratory treatments. The supervisor will be responsible for coaching staff members, performing therapeutic procedures, and maintaining equipment, while ensuring all policies and procedures are followed according to the facility and department.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited program
  • 3 years of recent critical care experience as an RRT
  • RCP, RRT, and BLS certifications
