Job Description
We're looking for a calm, patient, and reliable support provider to spend time with a thoughtful, outdoors-loving young boy. He enjoys quiet connection, gentle communication, and being outside.

Requirements

  • Provide part-time and/or back-up support as needed
  • Spend time with him at home and in the community, engaging in activities he enjoys (especially outdoors)
  • Assist with light meal preparation and sit with him during meals
  • Maintain a calm environment and use soft-spoken communication
  • Support sensory needs, including use of sensory equipment
  • Respect personal space and allow extra processing time for tasks
  • Learn and follow care routines, including how to manage and replace his G-Button (training provided)
  • Be attentive to asthma symptoms and administer inhaler as needed (training provided)

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate of $14.13/hour + $0.70/mile (when the child is in your vehicle)
