Job Description
We are seeking a Bar Back to create an experience for our hotel guests by offering them a larger than home experience with welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment.

Requirements

  • Maintain warm, hospitable guest relations in all guest contact
  • Respond to individual guest needs as they occur
  • Prepare garnishes for drinks
  • Deliver ice to the Pool Bar and the Lounge
  • Set-up bars for use by bartenders
  • Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, and any other mixers to prepare the perfect cocktail for our guests
  • Compute bills, collect payment, and make change for guests as needed
  • Responds to all guest requests and informs guests of hotel services, features, room amenities, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions
