Job Description
As a Host/Hostess, you will create a memorable experience for our hotel guests by offering welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service while maintaining a clean and inviting environment.

Requirements

  • Maintain warm and hospitable guest relations in all guest contact.
  • Respond to individual guest needs as they occur.
  • Prepare and maintain a list of guests waiting to be seated and communicate with the guest throughout their estimated waiting time.
  • Check-in guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages is up to their expectations.
