Job Description
Weft & Warp Art Bar + Kitchen is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to drive operational excellence, cultivate a high-performing team culture, and ensure every guest experience reflects the Andaz brand's signature warmth and authenticity.

Requirements

  • Strong, proven restaurant management experience in a high-volume, high-quality dining environment
  • Extensive beverage knowledge, including wine, craft cocktails, and beverage program development
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Stand alone restaurant experience, and strong table/service maintenance knowledge, and etiquette a must
  • Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment required
