Job Description
The Restaurant Assistant General Manager is a key member of the Weft & Warp leadership team, responsible for driving operational excellence, cultivating a high-performing team culture, and ensuring every guest experience reflects the Andaz brand’s signature warmth and authenticity.

Requirements

  • Strong, proven restaurant management experience in a high-volume, high-quality dining environment
  • Extensive beverage knowledge, including wine, craft cocktails, and beverage program development
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred
  • Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment required
