  • Build, maintain, and adjust restaurant reservation blocks to maximize revenue potential.
  • Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure consistent execution across all meal periods.

  • Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and at whatever time of day.
