Role OverviewAba Austin is hiring a Restaurant Beverage Manager to assist the Sr. Bar Manager/Sommelier on the cocktail, beer, & wine program as well as lead daily operations. The role involves managing beverage inventories, cost-outs, and pricing updates, and overseeing daily opening and closing shifts to ensure an exceptional guest and employee experience.
What You Will Do
Manage all beverage inventories, cost-outs, and pricing updates, lead pre-shift meetings, participate in line, temperature, and cooler checks, and oversee all closing manager duties. Organize and run daily opening and closing shifts, provide guidance and leadership to hourly and management teams, and respond to guest and employee needs and feedback.
