Job Description
Our restaurant is seeking an Executive Kitchen Manager/Chef to oversee the culinary operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent food quality and managing team member performance.

Requirements

  • Experience cooking from scratch with fresh, quality ingredients.
  • Experience managing Cost of Goods and inventory management.
  • Experience leading and developing BOH Team Members including Prep and Line Cooks, Sous Chefs, and Jr. Sous Chefs.
