Role OverviewAs a Restaurant Development Specialist, you'll work side-by-side with the Operations Manager to grow store sales, build connections with guests, and gain confidence to run your own high-energy, community-driven restaurant. You'll help recruit talent, inspire your team, deliver exceptional hospitality, and develop leadership skills.
What You Will Do
You'll get behind the scenes at multiple locations, learn daily operations, work with seasoned leaders, and develop through coaching and training. You'll also mentor others and step into the mentor role yourself.

Requirements
- 2+ years as a Team Lead or 1+ year as a Senior Team Lead/Assistant General Manager
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Experience in kitchen operations, safe food handling, efficient workplace practices, hospitality-focused customer service, people development, and inventory management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong management skills
- Ability to create positive guest interactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel to multiple stores and locations
- Ability to multitask and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy weights
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
