Job Description
Tides Coastal Kitchen, the signature restaurant at the Delta Hotel, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, dedicated to exceptional guest experiences, and skilled in managing restaurant operations, staff, and financial performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a hotel or upscale dining environment.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and hospitality standards.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
