Role OverviewThe Restaurant General Manager will lead the F&B management and hourly team on-site, ensuring exceptional service, excellent food and beverage quality, and a collaborative work environment. This highly visible role reports to the Executive Chef and Hotel General Manager with support from the Bunkhouse corporate F&B leadership team.
What You Will Do
The Restaurant GM is responsible for short and long-term planning, management of Food and Beverage operations, developing high standards of service and presentation, leading and assisting in recruitment and selection of staff, and resolving customer complaints.

Requirements
- Leadership in an upscale Restaurant experience
- 5+ years of managing and leading a team
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
- Private and small event execution
- Experience in menu engineering and cost evaluation
- Experience in POS programming and maintenance
- Payroll and tip handling experience
- Serve safe or similar food safety certification
- Proficiency in using moderately complex computer systems
