Role OverviewThe Restaurant General Manager will lead the F&B management and hourly team on-site, ensuring exceptional service, excellent food and beverage quality, and a collaborative work environment for all. This individual will report to the Executive Chef and Hotel General Manager with support from the Bunkhouse corporate F&B leadership team.
What You Will Do
The Restaurant GM is responsible for short and long-term planning, managing the Food and Beverage operations, developing high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness, leading and assisting in the recruitment and selection of staff, and directing the implementation of payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory, and budget.

Requirements
- Leadership in an upscale Restaurant experience
- 5+ years of managing and leading a team
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
- Private and small event execution
- Experience in menu engineering and cost evaluation
- Experience in POS programming and maintenance
- Payroll and tip handling experience
- Serve safe or similar food safety certification
- Proficiency in using moderately complex computer systems
