Job Description

Greeters are responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for guests at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina. They have the ability to influence the overall restaurant experience by their interactions and provide table accommodations and menu recommendations.

Requirements

Greet every guest at the door and maintain a smile all the time.
Be knowledgeable about your restaurant menu, including ingredients and preparation techniques.
Be well versed in all hotel information, including other restaurants, and offered amenities.
Communicate to managers and supervisors of any guest concerns or issues.
