Role Overview

Create a welcoming and warm first and last impression for guests as a Restaurant Greeter at Miraval. This role involves influencing the overall restaurant experience through interactions, providing table accommodations, and offering menu recommendations.

What You Will Do

Assign seating, communicate with guests, take orders, maintain cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service. Be knowledgeable of menu options and daily specials.

Requirements

  • A true desire to serve others
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Previous Customer service experience
  • Full-service restaurant experience preferred
  • Base knowledge of coffee, beer, wine, and liquor
  • Ability to use basic technology such as phone, iPad, POS, and radio
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and be mobile for 90% or more of each shift
