Role OverviewWelcome and warmly greet guests on arrival, answer telephone, take reservations, and manage the efficient and timely seating of guests. Work in a hospitality setting, both indoors and outdoors, with a moderate noise level.
What You Will Do
Greet guests, schedule dining reservations, provide estimated waiting times, seat guests based on preferences, and direct dining room personnel. Assist with special events, understand and communicate products and services, and perform other duties as assigned.
