Restaurant Line Cook

The AM Restaurant Line Cook will produce a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds guests' expectations in a timely manner. This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to work solo shifts, and a solid understanding of food safety and sanitation. The individual will be responsible for communicating with the culinary team and front-of-house team, reading tickets accurately, and preparing all ingredients needed for the menu pre-service.
