Role OverviewResponsible for the day-to-day operations of Brew Brothers Restaurant and Bar, overseeing all facets of the restaurant's food and beverage operation. Ensures outstanding customer service, well-trained service team, and food and beverage profitability. Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by building relationships with guests and encourages employees to do the same.
What You Will Do
Analyzing business trends and employee performance using tools like Avero, developing ideas to maximize revenue and/or reduce expenses, and acting as a mentor to employees to provide superior customer service and quality food products.
