Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume hotel or restaurant setting
  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage service, including wine, beer, and spirits is preferred
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of POS systems and general computer applications
  • Detail-oriented and service-driven, with a “yes, and...” mindset
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays
