Job Description
As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be a key part of delivering memorable dining experiences at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa. You'll oversee daily operations, lead a dynamic team, and drive guest satisfaction through quality control and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume hotel or restaurant setting
  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage service, including wine, beer, and spirits
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of POS systems and general computer applications
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays
