Join the Hyatt Regency Phoenix Team as Manager of the Iconic Revolving Compass Restaurant. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Compass Restaurant Manager to oversee all Front of House operations at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix’s renowned revolving restaurant.

Requirements

  • Manage the daily operations of the hotel’s restaurants, bars, and event spaces.
  • Oversee the restaurant’s budget, marketing plans, and objectives.
  • Implement and maintain effective food and beverage sales and marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure guest satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff; provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Manage payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory, and budgets for beverage operations.
  • Be visible and hands-on in the operation, setting the tone for service excellence.
