Job Description
Join the Hyatt Regency Phoenix Team as Manager of the Iconic Revolving Compass Restaurant. Oversee all Front of House operations and lead a team of hospitality professionals.
Requirements
Manage the daily operations of the hotel's restaurants, bars, and event spaces.
Oversee the restaurant's budget, marketing plans, and objectives.
Implement and maintain effective food and beverage sales and marketing programs.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure guest satisfaction and service excellence.
Address and resolve guest concerns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain quality control for food and beverage standards.
Hire, train, and develop staff; provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
Manage payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory, and budgets for beverage operations.
Perform daily walk-throughs to ensure compliance with health regulations and Hyatt standards.
Communicate operational needs effectively across departments and attend regular meetings to ensure smooth coordination.
Cultivate relationships with regular and new guests, promoting the restaurant through personalized interactions and marketing efforts.
Be visible and hands-on in the operation, setting the tone for service excellence.
