• Extensive beverage knowledge, including wine, craft cocktails, and beverage program development
• Leadership style that inspires, motivates, and builds trust
• Guest-centric mindset with a passion for creating meaningful experiences
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Stand alone restaurant experience, and strong table/service maintenance knowledge, and etiquette a must
