Job Description
The Kingston Resorts is a 145 acre oceanfront resort on the north-end of Myrtle Beach. As a Restaurant Manager, you would be responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of the Restaurant to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Requirements

  • Manage all outlet operations
  • Monitor and develop team member performance
  • Monitor and assess product and service satisfaction trends
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Initiate and implement marketing and up-selling techniques
  • Recruit, interview and train team members
