Job Description
Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q Manager will play a key role in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including food delivery, customer relations, team management, and quality products and services.

Requirements

  • Full Service Restaurant/Bar Management experience
  • Face to face customer interactions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge of the food and restaurant industry
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety and hiring.
  • Manage day to day operations, overseeing FOH
  • Provide our guests with a memorable experience to insurance their return
  • Be responsive to customer complaints or injuries
  • Be a leader to the team and provide constructive feedback
  • Create a positive work environment
  • Solve any issues that may arise (guests, staff, restaurant maintenance etc.)
