Job Description
Mendocino Farms is looking for a Restaurant Manager who can lead a team of happy, friendly foodies and sell happiness through their approachably adventurous menu.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
  • Strong coaching skills with effective feedback and growth
  • Organized with a deadline-oriented and results-driven approach
  • Ability to master every position in the restaurant
  • Cares about people and builds relationships with guests and team members
  • Humble and eager to learn from a dynamic, growing restaurant group
  • Experience with managing a large team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable in the kitchen and skilled at ordering & inventory
