Role OverviewWe're looking for a Restaurant Manager who thrives on the floor, loves the energy of service, and believes hospitality is something you create, not just something you provide. You'll lead from the floor, setting the pace, energy, and standard for every shift, and own the guest experience from the moment guests walk through the door until they leave.
What You Will Do
You'll partner with the General Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly, coach and develop Front of House team members, and make thoughtful decisions in real time to resolve challenges and turn guest concerns into positive experiences.
