Role OverviewThe Restaurant General Manager is the top-level supervisor/manager in our restaurants and has full profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities. They are responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. They are also responsible for developing Assistant Managers, Shift Leads and other employees to achieve sound financial results and the execution of El Super standards.
