Role OverviewThe Restaurant Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage service establishment, ensuring maximum profitability. This position is responsible for managing the restaurant, bar, and room service areas, maintaining sanitation standards, and supervising service staff. The Restaurant Manager must continually improve guest satisfaction and maximize financial performance.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include overseeing the service staff, monitoring customer satisfaction, participating in inventory management, and assisting in revenue and expense forecasting. The Restaurant Manager will also supervise daily restaurant operations, maintain sanitation standards, and assist service staff during peak meal periods.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Front of House, fine dining Food & Beverage operations
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar scope and title
- Experience within luxury brand/markets
- Manager food safety certification and TIPS training certification (preferred or attained within 30 days)
