Job Description
Coordinate the daily responsibilities of the Department, supervise staff, and ensure quality standards are met for food, service, cleanliness, and merchandising. Assist in menu preparation and complete, analyze, and forecast total revenue and expense on a regular basis.
Requirements
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language clearly
Ability to relate to all levels of management and employees in verbal/written form
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Ability to exercise judgment and implement control over the performance of staff
Ability to deal with a number of problems requiring initiative and good judgment
Ability to organize/prioritize work, meet deadlines, work with minimal supervision and multiple interruptions
Ability to supervise all staff including selection, training, counseling & discipline
Mathematical skills necessary to analyze reports, prepare forecasts and budgets
Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system
Social skills as demonstrated by the ability to deal with internal/external customers
