Job Description
Shake Shack is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, train team members, and promote the brand in the local community. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of restaurant management experience and a passion for hospitality and leadership.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
  • Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
  • Food handler certification, preferred
