Role Overview

This position is to prepare the candidate for the Restaurant Manager role, with responsibilities including managing day-to-day operations, supervising team members, and maintaining a clean restaurant environment.

What You Will Do

Provides excellent guest service, recruits and trains team members, maintains a clean restaurant environment, and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid state Driver's License
  • Serv Safe Manager certification
