Job Description
The Restaurant Outlets Manager independently manages restaurant front of house personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling. They create effective schedules, work with the Food and Beverage Director to manage inventory and ordering, and lead daily pre-meals/stand-up meetings to discuss operational focuses, safety issues, and guest feedback. They also assist with in-house banquets and special events, ensure compliance with operational procedures, and develop new local SOPs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional restaurant leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  • High School diploma/GED
  • Able to complete a satisfactory background check
